Website Ownership and Buyout Fees1.1 For clients subscribed to the Basic or Standard plans, if you wish to keep the website after canceling your subscription, a one-time buyout fee of $2,500 will apply.
1.2 For clients subscribed to the Pro plan, the buyout fee is $3,500.
1.3 Taxes and additional fees may apply based on your location and applicable regulations.2. Risk-Free 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee2.1 The 30-day money-back guarantee is valid only for the first 30 days of service.
2.2 To qualify for the guarantee, clients must be cooperative and responsive during the design process.
2.3 If delays are caused by the client’s lack of communication or cooperation, WebEstatePro.com reserves the sole discretion to void the money-back guarantee.3. Payment Terms and Invoice Policies3.1 Clients must ensure all invoices are paid in full by the due date stated on the invoice.
3.2 Failure to pay an outstanding invoice may result in the temporary suspension or permanent shutdown of the website.
3.3 WebEstatePro.com will provide advance notice before suspending or shutting down a website due to unpaid invoices. The site will remain inactive until the invoice is paid in full.4. Use of Client Content4.1 By agreeing to work with WebEstatePro.com, the client grants WebEstatePro.com the right to use content created for the client, including but not limited to designs, media, and case studies, for promotional purposes.
4.2 If the client wishes to opt out of this, they must submit a written request in advance of project commencement.5. Limitation of Liability5.1 WebEstatePro.com is not responsible for any technical issues, server downtime, third-party disruptions, or other technical errors that may lead to potential revenue loss.
5.2 While we strive to maintain optimal performance and reliability, WebEstatePro.com provides services “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free functionality.6. Client Responsibilities6.1 Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, feedback, and materials in a timely manner to ensure the smooth progression of the project.
6.2 Clients must notify WebEstatePro.com of any requested changes or cancellations in writing.7. Intellectual Property7.1 Ownership of the website design and related assets remains with WebEstatePro.com unless the buyout fee is paid.
7.2 Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution of WebEstatePro.com’s designs or services is strictly prohibited.8. Service Modifications8.1 WebEstatePro.com reserves the right to modify its service offerings, pricing, and terms without prior notice.
8.2 Any changes will be communicated via email or updated on our website.9. Termination of Services9.1 Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice.
9.2 Upon termination, all outstanding invoices must be settled immediately.10. Governing Law10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of BC, Canada.11. General Terms11.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between WebEstatePro.com and the client.
